Motionspace Terms of Use

How to use Motionspace, what your subscription includes, and your rights and responsibilities.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

The essentials

  • Choose a design, then copy its prompt

    Explore the previews and choose a design. Your plan determines what you can copy and your daily usage limits.

  • Know your subscription

    Review the price and payment terms before purchase. Cancelling renewal stops future renewals and preserves otherwise active access through the paid period; it does not restore suspended or revoked access.

  • Build your work and respect others’ rights

    Use prompts within the licence. Do not share your account or resell the prompts themselves, and follow third-party licences.

A short overview to help you get started. The complete terms and details follow below.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Operator”: Ora Technologies Company, a single-person limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Unified Number 7055008002, with its registered address at Building 6655, Suwayd Bin Harithah Street, Hittin District, Secondary Number 3443, Riyadh 13516, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • “Motionspace” or the “Platform”: the service, website, and digital library operated by Ora Technologies Company.
  • “you” or the “User”: any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform, creates an Account, purchases a Plan, or uses any part of the Services.
  • “Consumer”: a User who deals with the Platform to obtain a product or service, as defined under Applicable Laws.
  • “Service” or “Services”: the Motionspace website and its pages, accounts, digital library, previews, User favorites, the Copy Prompt feature for Protected Prompts, the Motionspace Assistant, and any other features we expressly offer.
  • “Account”: an account registered in the User’s name for access to free or paid Services.
  • “Plan”: a paid level of access, including Premium, Premium Plus and Ultra or any other plan we may offer in the future. Browsing public previews remains public access and is not a free plan.
  • “Subscription”: a paid Plan that renews monthly. Ultra is offered as a one-time purchase labelled lifetime access, not a recurring Subscription. Existing contracts retain their agreed billing period and price.
  • “Item Page”: the page that describes a Prompt associated with a published template and sets out its preview and requirements. The library may add other categories in the future after stating their terms.
  • “Public Content”: anything that may be browsed without paid entitlement, including text, images, previews, documents, visual identity materials, and the content of Platform pages.
  • “Prompt” or “Protected Prompt”: structured instructional text intended for use with an artificial intelligence tool or coding assistant to create an output inspired by the displayed item.
  • “Protected Materials”: the full text of Prompts and related resources available only through a specific Plan or entitlement. Ultra includes eligible published source-code downloads; access remains subject to the item’s availability and the Commercial Content License.
  • “Final Output”: a website, application, page, scene, or creative work lawfully created using a licensed Prompt and incorporated into a project for you or your client, whether or not later manual modifications are made. It does not include the raw Prompt or any product that allows the Prompt to be extracted or reused as a substitute for the Motionspace library.
  • “User Content”: messages, inputs, or context that you submit through the contact form, support channels, or the Motionspace Assistant.
  • “Third-Party Provider”: any independent party that provides a service connected with use of the Platform, such as a payment, hosting, email, analytics, or artificial intelligence provider.
  • “Applicable Laws”: the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the extent applicable, and any other mandatory laws that apply to the transaction or the User.

2. Acceptance and Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Motionspace Services. You accept them when you expressly confirm your agreement during Account creation or purchase, or through any other valid electronic acceptance mechanism we make available to you. Merely browsing public previews does not replace the recorded consent required for paid Services.

When you purchase a Motionspace Plan, you enter into a contract with Ora Technologies Company as the seller and licensor of the current service. In its current form, Motionspace does not operate as a marketplace in which third-party content creators enter directly into sales contracts with Users.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization or client, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms do not exclude any mandatory Consumer right under Applicable Laws.

Prompts and outputs are also subject to the Commercial Content License that you accept in connection with your Account or purchase. If we introduce item-specific terms in the future, they will apply to you only if they are clearly presented and you expressly accept them before purchase or delivery. In the event of a conflict, the following order of precedence applies: mandatory provisions of law, the Order Summary, expressly accepted item-specific terms, the Commercial Content License, and then these Terms.

The Privacy Policy and any published refund or cookie policy that is expressly referenced form a supplementary part of these Terms, each within its respective scope.

3. Motionspace Services

Motionspace is a curated digital library that helps designers, founders, and teams create visually expressive, motion-rich digital experiences using artificial intelligence tools. The Service includes browsing previews, selecting an item, and using Copy Prompt to copy its Protected Prompt for use with a tool chosen by the User.

Visitors may browse public previews. Premium and Premium Plus each allow up to three successful copies of Protected Prompts per day and access to the library except for Ultra sections. Ultra allows up to six successful copies per day and access to the full library, including exclusive sections. The pricing page and the confirmation presented before purchase remain the final reference for the benefits available at the time of contracting.

All three Plans include dedicated support, with an initial response provided within 24 hours after receipt of a support request through the email address stated in Section (31). This means responding to the request or beginning to follow it up; it does not necessarily mean that every issue will be resolved within the same period if additional information or the involvement of a Third-Party Provider is required.

Ultra includes downloads of eligible published source packages without a daily source-download quota and access to available template-customization features. Generation and customization have separate credit charges and availability requirements. The Plans do not include unrestricted downloads of library preview videos or images, or the setup of external tools or automation services for the client. Motionspace is not the provider of the artificial intelligence tool you choose and, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing, does not provide custom development, hosting for your project, legal or security review, or any guarantee that your project will be launched in a production environment.

4. Eligibility and Use on Behalf of Another Entity

You may use the Services and make a purchase if you have the legal capacity to contract. If you lack full legal capacity, you may not create a paid Subscription or access paid materials.

If you purchase on behalf of a company, team, or client, you remain responsible for the accuracy of that entity’s information and for ensuring that every person to whom you permit access complies with the limits set out in the license. An individual Plan does not become a team plan or multi-user license unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

5. Account and Security

Access to some Services may require you to create an Account using accurate, current information and to verify your email address. You are responsible for:

  • protecting your password and access credentials and not sharing them with any other person;
  • all activity conducted through your Account, unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use;
  • keeping your email address, contact details, and billing information current; and
  • notifying us without delay if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or you have lost access to it.

We may request reasonable verification of identity or Account ownership before changing sensitive information, restoring an Account, or carrying out a request relating to data or funds. We will not ask you to share your full password or a verification code outside our official channels.

You may not sell, rent, or transfer your Account, or use another person’s Account without lawful authorization. Allowing a contractor to work on a Final Output does not constitute an Account transfer; the contractor must use separately licensed access or work under your supervision without receiving an independent copy of the Protected Materials library.

6. Plans, Prices, and Taxes

The current base offers are Premium at SAR 79 per month, with 400 points per monthly paid period; Premium Plus at SAR 149 per month, with 1,000 points per monthly paid period; and Ultra at SAR 399 as a one-time payment for lifetime access, with 2,500 points once. These are the total included allowances, not additional bonus points. Ultra does not renew automatically and its included credits are not a monthly allowance. When paid purchasing is enabled, the features, limits, price, currency charged, billing cycle, and applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before the purchase is completed. The total price shown at the confirmation step is binding for that transaction, unless there is a manifest error that is corrected before payment is collected.

Before payment, the final total price will be clearly displayed in the currency to be charged, inclusive of value-added tax and any mandatory fees where applicable, with the required breakdown under Applicable Laws. If an indicative amount is shown in another currency, it will be identified as approximate, and the amount displayed at the payment step will be the amount charged. Your bank or card issuer may impose separate conversion or other fees that we do not control.

We may offer promotions or promotional prices subject to specific terms, duration, and eligibility. A later offer does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the price difference for an earlier transaction.

7. Payment and Invoicing

When paid purchasing is enabled, payments are processed through Moyasar. You authorize that provider and us, according to each party’s role, to collect the amounts shown in the Order Summary. Raw card details do not enter the Motionspace infrastructure and are not stored by us; they are processed by the payment provider under its terms and security controls.

After completing the transaction, we will provide a confirmation or electronic invoice containing, as required by law, the seller’s identity, a description of the Service or Plan, the total price, tax, payment status, and the Subscription period or delivery method.

A failed renewal suspends the affected paid access. The Account currently has no self-service card-update or retry control for a suspended subscription; contact support for assistance. A partial refund of a Plan payment suspends paid access under the whole contract, including other paid periods on that contract, until Motionspace resolves it. Access is not restored automatically; contact support. A full refund of a Plan payment revokes paid access under that whole contract, including other paid periods on it. Access to Protected Materials may be suspended during a payment dispute, and a final payment reversal or loss of a dispute may withdraw paid access. A failed or suspended charge is not a cancellation request from you.

8. Automatic Renewal and Price Changes

Premium and Premium Plus renew monthly until renewal is cancelled. Ultra is paid once and has no renewal charge. Existing recurring contracts continue under their recorded billing period and agreed amount. Before payment, you will be shown the frequency of any recurring charge, its amount and the renewal date.

We may change the Subscription price for a later billing cycle. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any material increase before it applies to the next renewal so that you can cancel renewal before the new price takes effect. A price change does not affect a period that has already been paid for.

An unresolved payment may remain under reconciliation until its outcome is verified. This does not restore access that has been suspended, and a new successful payment or reinstatement must not be assumed. We do not guarantee a grace period unless one is expressly shown on your Account page or in a payment notice.

9. Changing Your Plan

If we make upgrades or downgrades between Plans available, you will be shown before confirmation when the change will take effect and any prorated amount, credit, change to the billing date, or change to usage limits. No proration or credit should be assumed unless it is expressly displayed and confirmed by the payment provider.

10. Cancelling Renewal and Deleting Your Account

You may cancel renewal of a recurring Subscription through the Subscription management process available in your Account. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves otherwise active Plan entitlements through the paid period; it does not restore access suspended or revoked following a failed payment, refund or dispute. Ultra has no renewal to cancel. If the management process is unavailable because of a technical issue, notify us through the contact channel in Section (31) so that we can address the issue or provide the supported process.

We do not offer Subscription pauses unless that option appears in your Account. A request to delete your Account will initiate cancellation of any active billing agreement through the supported process, and deletion will not be completed until the payment provider confirms that no active or pending agreement remains. A deletion request alone is not a request for a refund of an amount already collected.

Once carried out, Account deletion is final and cannot be reversed. You should retain a lawful copy of your Final Outputs. Deleting your Account does not, by itself, constitute a request to destroy all your personal data; data rights must be exercised in the manner described in the Privacy Policy, and certain billing, compliance, or dispute records may need to be retained for the period required by law.

11. Digital Delivery and Usage Limits

A Protected Prompt is considered delivered when the Platform successfully makes its full text available to an eligible Account in response to selecting “Copy Prompt,” regardless of whether the User’s device subsequently succeeds in placing it on the clipboard or is unable to do so locally.

Each Plan specifies the number of Prompt copies available per day. The quota resets at 00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). An attempt that fails before the text is delivered does not consume quota. An identical technical retry is not counted twice where the system identifies it as a continuation of the same operation, while each independent request that successfully delivers the text is counted.

The daily quota does not confer any right to aggregate Prompts, extract the library automatically, or share them with other Accounts. We may correct the quota if a technical counting error is established.

12. Cancellation, Refunds, and Statutory Rights

The separate Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms, and this Section summarizes it. A distinction must be made between cancelling future renewal, requesting the cancellation of a purchase or a refund, and addressing defective or undelivered material. Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory right granted to a Consumer by law.

Under the Motionspace policy, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of the first Plan purchase charge if no Protected Prompt has been delivered to you under Section (11) and you have not used any other paid benefit. We may verify delivery and quota records before making a decision. Delivery of a Protected Prompt under Section (11) may constitute use of the Service depending on the nature and circumstances of the transaction; however, merely describing an action as “used” does not waive a statutory right, and any broader statutory rights remain in force.

Refund requests will be reviewed in particular in the following circumstances:

  • a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount;
  • a qualifying failure of the Service that Motionspace has been unable to remedy within a reasonable period;
  • material unavailability of content included in the Plan, or a materially inaccurate description of that content at the time of purchase; or
  • any other case in which mandatory Saudi law or a payment network provider requires a refund.

Because a Protected Prompt provides immediately usable digital value upon delivery under Section (11), no automatic right to a refund arises merely because you change your mind after delivery, because the output of an artificial intelligence tool differs from your expectations, or because the Prompt is incompatible with your particular environment where the material requirements were clearly disclosed before purchase. This is subject in all cases to statutory rights and to circumstances involving defects or a materially inaccurate description.

Any amount due will be refunded to the original payment method unless this is not possible or the law requires another method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank, subject to our compliance with any mandatory legal time limit. A full refund of a Plan payment revokes paid access under the whole contract, including other paid periods on that contract, and the right to use the relevant Prompts to create new outputs. A partial refund of a Plan payment suspends access under that whole contract until Motionspace resolves it. Access is not restored automatically; contact support. An open payment dispute may suspend protected access, and a final payment reversal or loss of a dispute may withdraw paid access. A refund of a standalone credit purchase does not revoke independently paid website access; a credit shortfall may prevent new video generation as described in the Return and Refund Policy. A Final Output that was lawfully created and delivered to a client before the refund may be retained unless the refund relates to fraud, unauthorized distribution, infringement of a third party’s right, or the law or an enforceable order requires otherwise.

13. Ownership of the Platform and Materials

The Platform and its software, interfaces, designs, marks, Public Content, and Protected Materials are owned by the applicable rights holder, whether Ora Technologies Company or one of its licensors. They are protected by intellectual property laws and related agreements.

Purchasing a Plan or copying a Prompt does not transfer ownership of the item, its marks, or its underlying rights to you; it grants you a limited license under these Terms and the Item Page. No right is granted unless expressly stated.

You retain your rights in your original materials and in the modifications and outputs you create, to the extent provided by law and permitted by third-party licenses, without acquiring ownership of the Prompt or the underlying resource provided by Motionspace.

The names Motionspace and Ora Technologies Company, together with their logos and brand elements, remain the marks and rights of their respective owners and may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement without written consent.

14. License to Prompts and Protected Materials

After payment and for so long as you continue to comply with these Terms, Ora Technologies Company grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use each Prompt lawfully delivered to your Account to create Final Outputs for you or your clients, within the limits stated in your Plan and on the Item Page. This license may not be sold or transferred independently.

Unless item-specific terms that you have expressly accepted provide otherwise, the license allows you to:

  • copy the Prompt into an artificial intelligence tool or coding assistant of your choice to create a permitted project;
  • modify the output and adapt the branding, content, structure, and motion to the needs of the project;
  • use the Final Output in a personal or commercial project or in a project for a client;
  • display, operate, and distribute the Final Output as part of a website, application, campaign, or completed product; and
  • deliver the Final Output and its files to a client for use and maintenance of the client’s project, provided that the client does not receive the raw Prompt or resell it as an independent asset.

You may create multiple Final Outputs for as long as the Plan and license permit access. This license does not permit the raw Prompt or substantial parts of it to be made available to the public or to an unlicensed team. If the use requires multiple seats, a shared internal library, or a product that enables end users to generate copies of the Prompt, an appropriate written license must first be obtained.

15. Continued License to Final Outputs After Paid Access Ends

Unless item-specific terms that you have expressly accepted provide otherwise, the commercial license for Final Outputs that you lawfully created while your paid Plan access was active continues after you cancel renewal or that access expires naturally. This does not permit you to create new projects from Protected Prompts after your entitlement ends or to continue using paid Services.

A client who received a Final Output before your paid Plan access ended may continue to use and maintain that Final Output for the purpose for which it was created. The client does not acquire an independent right to the raw Prompt or to use it to create new templates or products.

The continued license does not apply to material obtained through fraud or a material breach, to any use that you know infringes a third party’s right, or to the extent that an enforceable legal order requires its use to cease.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • resell, distribute, publish, give away, or upload raw Prompts to any library, marketplace, or public repository;
  • offer a Protected Prompt, or a substantially identical version of it, as a standalone template or a product that competes with Motionspace;
  • sell, publish, or sublicense a generated output as a reusable template, starter file, marketplace item, or asset for a competing library if it has not been incorporated into a customized Final Output for you or a client;
  • share an Account or raw Prompts, exceed Plan limits, or circumvent entitlement or metering systems;
  • automatically extract, scrape, archive, or collect the library in bulk, except through an interface or written authorization specifically provided for that purpose;
  • remove proprietary notices or third-party attribution where they are required to remain;
  • use the Platform or materials in an unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or abusive manner;
  • upload malicious software, disrupt the Service, or access an Account or system without authorization; or
  • claim that Motionspace designed or endorsed your customized project unless we have agreed to this in writing.

The prohibition on reverse engineering applies to the Platform, its systems, and materials that the license does not give you the right to access. It does not prevent you from inspecting or modifying an output created for you by an external tool.

17. Third-Party Materials and Open-Source Components

A Prompt or the result produced by an external tool may include open-source libraries, fonts, images, models, media, or components owned by a third party. Those elements remain subject to their own licenses and notices, which take precedence within their respective scope.

Where required and available, the Item Page or Prompt will state material requirements or known restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing the licenses, notices, and attribution requirements of any components generated by the external tool and obtaining any additional rights required for your particular use. The Motionspace license must not be interpreted as granting any right broader than the rights we hold or the applicable third-party license permits.

If an item is withdrawn because of an intellectual property claim or the expiry of a license right, we may stop making it available or allowing it to be copied. The effect of withdrawal on any prior use is subject to applicable statutory rights and the scope of the right established for the third party, and we do not guarantee continued availability of the raw material after its withdrawal.

18. Artificial Intelligence Tools and Outputs

The results of artificial intelligence tools vary depending on the provider, model, version, settings, and context. Accordingly, we do not guarantee that a Prompt will produce a result that matches the preview, that it will produce an identical result each time, or that the result will be exclusive, error-free, or automatically suitable for production.

Before publishing or delivering an output, you are responsible for:

  • reviewing and testing it on the target browsers, devices, and environments;
  • assessing security, performance, accessibility, privacy, and compliance;
  • reviewing the code, packages, dependencies, and rights relating to images, fonts, marks, and content;
  • ensuring that your inputs and outputs do not infringe the rights, secrets, or data of others; and
  • complying with the terms of the artificial intelligence tool you choose.

For an external artificial intelligence tool that you choose and use independently of the Motionspace Assistant, we do not control whether or how its provider retains or uses the Prompt or your inputs. You must select settings and a provider appropriate for the nature of your project, particularly when handling confidential information or personal data. Motionspace is not a party to your contractual relationship with that provider. The provider of the Motionspace Assistant and its processing of messages are, however, subject to our obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

19. User Content and the Motionspace Assistant

You retain ownership of what you submit in contact and support messages and Motionspace Assistant conversations. You grant us a non-exclusive license, limited to what is necessary to receive, host, process, transmit, and display it to you, provide and protect the Service, and handle support requests. We do not use your content for advertising or publish it to the public without your separate consent.

You represent that you have the rights and authority required to submit User Content and that it does not include unlawful or infringing material. You also represent that it does not include personal data or secrets belonging to others unless you have an appropriate lawful basis to provide them. We may reject or delete content or restrict its processing if it violates these Terms or puts the Service or others at risk.

Motionspace Assistant messages may be processed by a Third-Party Provider to generate a response. The Privacy Policy describes the types of data, purposes, retention periods, recipients, and your rights. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent for marketing purposes or processing purposes that are not necessary to provide the Service.

20. Intellectual Property Notices

If you believe that material published through Motionspace infringes a right you hold, send a notice to info@motionspace.ai that includes:

  • your name, contact details, and capacity as the person submitting the notice;
  • identification of the protected right or work and evidence of your ownership or authorization;
  • a link to the material or a precise description of its location;
  • an explanation of the infringement; and
  • a statement that the information is accurate and the notice is submitted in good faith.

We may request additional information and take appropriate action based on Applicable Laws and the nature of the notice. This does not prevent any party from applying to the competent authority or body.

21. Service Availability and Changes

We use reasonable efforts to make the Service available and protect the materials, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be affected by maintenance, browser updates, hosting, payment, or artificial intelligence providers, or events outside our control.

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features or materials. We will not materially reduce prepaid access without providing the remedy required by the published Return and Refund Policy or mandatory law.

Under ordinary circumstances, withdrawing an item does not cancel a valid license for a Final Output previously created, subject to third-party rights, enforceable legal orders, and Section (17).

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend an Account or restrict a particular Service where we reasonably suspect fraud, compromise, Account sharing, limits being exceeded, infringement of a right, or a security risk, taking into account the nature of the circumstances and Applicable Laws.

We may terminate an Account in the event of a serious or repeated violation, fraud, or where required by law. Non-payment or a failed renewal may result in the suspension or expiry of paid entitlements, but does not by itself result in deletion of the Account. Termination for a violation ends access to Protected Materials, without prejudice to rights and claims that arose before termination.

If we terminate paid Plan access for a reason not attributable to your violation, the Return and Refund Policy and statutory rights relating to the unprovided portion of the Service will apply.

23. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee any particular commercial or creative result, increase in sales, or the suitability of any output for your specific purpose without your own review and testing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data, where they arise from your decision to publish an untested output or from the act of a Third-Party Provider outside our reasonable control.

For a User contracting for business purposes, our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, intentional harm, any breach by us of data confidentiality, data security, or statutory data-protection obligations, our lack of the right to license material that we provided, an obligation to issue a refund required by law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This Section does not diminish the mandatory rights of a Consumer.

24. Indemnity for Business Users

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify the Operator against a third-party claim arising directly from content you provided, a prohibited use that you intentionally committed, or your infringement of another party’s right, provided that you are notified of the claim and given a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. This does not include a claim arising exclusively from material provided by Motionspace that you used within the scope of the license and without any violation or fault on your part, or from Motionspace lacking the right necessary to license that material.

25. Privacy and Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published at /privacy-policy, which explains the identity of the controller, the data we collect, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom we deal, processing locations, retention periods, Data Subject rights, and how those rights may be exercised.

Requests to exercise data rights must be submitted in the manner described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting an Account does not by itself constitute a request to destroy all personal data, and we may continue to retain records required by law or necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

We may use cookies or local storage that are necessary for login, security, and entitlements. Non-essential analytics or marketing will be activated only in accordance with the choices and consents required. You may opt out of marketing messages easily and without charge.

26. Governing Law and Resolution of Complaints and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the extent applicable. Before bringing a claim, we encourage you to send a detailed complaint to info@motionspace.ai, and we will seek to respond within a reasonable period based on the nature of the complaint.

This internal process does not require you to waive your right to apply to the Ministry of Commerce, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, a court, or any other competent authority. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi authorities and courts, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction or right granted to a Consumer.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, laws, or practices. We will publish the new version and its effective date and will provide notice or request renewed acceptance where required by law or by the effect of the change.

We will not apply an amendment retroactively to withdraw a valid license for a Final Output previously created, except to the extent required by law or necessary to protect an established third-party right. If an amendment is materially adverse to a renewing Subscription, you may cancel renewal before it takes effect.

28. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including disasters, widespread outages, large-scale cyberattacks, government decisions, or the failure of a key provider, provided that we use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect and resume the Service. This Section does not eliminate a statutory right relating to a paid Service that was not provided.

29. Assignment and Transfer of a Project to a Client

You may not assign the Account, Plan, or right of access to raw Prompts. You may deliver a Final Output to a client under Sections (14) and (15), without that delivery becoming a transfer of the original material or the library.

The Operator may transfer these Terms or its rights and obligations to an affiliate or legal successor as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business, provided that this does not reduce your mandatory rights and that notice is given where required.

30. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
  • No Waiver: A delay by us in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Order Summary, the Commercial Content License, accepted item-specific terms, and referenced policies, form the agreement relating to the Service being used. This does not exclude any statement or warranty in an electronic advertisement that is binding under the law.
  • Relationship: These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Motionspace.
  • Notices: Notices may be sent to your registered email address or provided within the Account, and you are responsible for keeping your contact details current.
  • Survival: Provisions that by their nature must survive Account termination will remain in effect, including those relating to ownership, valid licenses for Final Outputs, prohibited uses, liability, and dispute resolution.
  • Language: These Terms were prepared in Arabic, and a translation may be made available for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the Arabic text will prevail unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Headings: Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

Video credits and generation

Video speech is currently available in English only. The website remains available in Arabic and English. Each template fixes the video's duration. You choose the output resolution: 480p, 720p or 1080p. The credit price depends on the template, its duration and the resolution, and the exact price is shown on the Generate button before you start. Before you press Generate, the form shows the spoken sentences, images, format and resolution. A price is held for 30 minutes. If it changes or expires before generation starts, we show the new price and you press Generate again; we never charge more than the price shown when you started. We do not silently translate or replace your approved words.

Purchasing video credits and creating new video ads require a verified Account with active Premium, Premium Plus or Ultra access, including eligible lifetime access. Creating a video also requires enough available credits to cover its quoted cost. Current one-time bundles contain 500, 1,000 or 2,500 credits and cost SAR 77.00, SAR 119.00 or SAR 347.00 respectively. The amount and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Credits pay for available Motionspace generation services and cannot be withdrawn as cash. One-time purchased credits do not expire and remain in your Account after paid access ends; active paid access is required to use them for new generation.

Premium includes a total of 400 points and Premium Plus includes a total of 1,000 points for each monthly paid period. Ultra includes 2,500 points once per Account, without expiry; these are not issued each month or granted again for a repeat purchase. Monthly allocations begin after confirmed payment, expire at the end of their monthly period and do not roll over. Cancelling renewal preserves allocations already due during the paid term. Separately billed monthly video-credit add-ons are also available where offered at checkout. Failure to collect an add-on payment does not suspend independently paid website access. Credit add-ons and earlier subscription contracts retain their agreed quantities, prices and allocation periods; their terms are not replaced by a new offer. Fulfillment and refunds use the allowance recorded with the original payment, including older purchases.

We reserve the quoted credits when generation begins and consume them only after successful delivery. A failed generation or failed quality check returns all reserved credits. If a monthly allocation expires while processing, its returned credits remain usable for seven days after return. A return of service credits is separate from a refund to a payment card. Downloads and deleting completed videos do not consume or restore credits. We do not automatically start a second paid generation. An uncertain submission remains reserved while it is reconciled.

Credits apply to video ads and to template generation when the corresponding feature is available. Plan access to templates remains a separate requirement. The displayed number of complete videos or seconds depends on the named template and its current credit price.

Images you upload for video ads

When you upload a product, garment, model or presenter image for a video ad, you confirm, by accepting these Terms, that:

  • you own the image or have all the rights and permissions needed to use it to create and publish the ad;
  • anyone shown as a model or presenter is an AI-generated or virtual person, not a photograph or likeness of a real person. The current video service does not support real people, and you must not upload a real person's photograph or likeness as a model or presenter; and
  • the image does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not unlawful.

We do not ask you to confirm this again for each image. Your acceptance of the current version of these Terms is your undertaking for every image you upload; it does not mean that we have verified where an image came from. We and our generation provider may review, reject or remove an image that does not meet these requirements or the provider's input rules. If a generation cannot be completed for that reason, the reserved credits are returned as described above.
