Commercial Content Licence

What you can create with library prompts, and how to use the results for your business or a client.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The essentials

  • Create for yourself or a client

You may customise and publish end products, and charge for your work, within the plan and licence terms.

  • Use the prompts; do not resell them

Do not sell, share, or publish raw prompts as a competing library or template, or share access to your account.

  • Respect the materials you use

Third-party fonts, images, and libraries have their own licences. Follow their terms and keep required credits.

A short overview to help you get started. The complete terms and details follow below.

Scope of the licence

The licence applies only to resources explicitly published and delivered to an entitled account.

Licence grant

Subject to payment, plan entitlement, and these terms, Ora Technologies grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use a delivered Motionspace prompt to create websites, applications, presentations, campaigns, and other end products for the customer or its clients.

Permitted commercial use

  • Modify, combine, brand, and deploy end products for your own business or a client.
  • Charge a client for design, development, implementation, or a finished end product.
  • Create multiple end products while the relevant licence and plan terms permit access.
  • Use generated output in production, subject to any third-party licences identified by the delivered prompt.

Prohibited redistribution

  • Do not sell, share, publish, sublicense, or redistribute raw prompts or account access.
  • Do not make a substantially unchanged prompt available as a template, starter, marketplace item, or competing library.
  • Do not share credentials or use automation to extract the catalog.
  • Do not remove third-party attribution or licence notices where their licences require preservation.

Ownership and third-party material

Motionspace and its licensors retain ownership of the original protected content. The customer retains rights in original customer material and modifications to the extent permitted by law, but receives no ownership of the underlying Motionspace resource. Third-party libraries, fonts, and assets remain governed by their included licences.

Termination

A material breach may terminate the licence to undistributed work after notice where legally appropriate. Finished client end products lawfully created before subscription expiry may remain deployed, but raw content cannot be reused for new projects after access or licence termination. Fraud, unauthorized redistribution, charge reversal, or a full refund may immediately end the applicable licence, subject to mandatory law.
