Your statutory rights
Mandatory Saudi consumer rights override any conflicting limitation in this policy.
Merchant and scope
Motionspace is a product of Ora Technologies Company, a Saudi one-person limited liability company (unified registration number 7055008002), registered at Building 6655, Suwaid Ibn Haritha Street, Hiteen District, Secondary No. 3443, Riyadh 13516, Saudi Arabia. Contact: info@motionspace.ai.
This policy covers Motionspace monthly subscriptions, one-time Ultra purchases, protected prompts and video credits.
Seven-day unused-benefit request
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of the original charge if no protected prompt or other paid benefit has been consumed. We may verify delivery and quota records before deciding the request.
Other eligible cases
- Duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Content that was materially unavailable or materially misdescribed when purchased.
- A qualifying service failure that Motionspace could not remedy within a reasonable time.
- Any refund required by mandatory Saudi law or the payment network.
Revealed digital content
Because protected prompts reveal immediately deliverable digital value, a revealed prompt is not refundable for change of mind, except where mandatory law, a material defect, or material misdescription requires a remedy.
Cancellation, refunds, and access
Cancellation stops future renewal of a recurring Subscription and preserves otherwise active access until the paid period ends; it does not restore suspended or revoked access. Ultra is a one-time purchase with no renewal to cancel. A full refund of a Plan payment revokes paid access under the whole contract, including other paid periods on that contract. A partial refund suspends access under that whole contract until Motionspace resolves it. Access is not restored automatically; contact support. An open payment dispute may suspend paid access, and a final payment reversal or loss of a dispute may withdraw it. A refund recorded before payment activation does not activate usable paid benefits. If a refund request is denied and no other suspension applies, access follows the paid entitlement.
Video credits
The seven-day unused-benefit request also applies to an unused video-credit purchase. Failed generation or failed quality checks return the reserved service credits, without automatically refunding the payment card. A payment refund reverses the corresponding credit allocation, including unused credits; unrelated credit grants are not reversed. A refund of a standalone credit purchase does not revoke independently paid website access. If reversed credits have already been spent or reserved, a credit shortfall is recorded for review. While that shortfall remains, new video generation is blocked using any credits in the Account, including unrelated top-ups and Ultra credits. Contact support; generation can resume only after Motionspace clears the shortfall and the other generation requirements are met. A subscription-payment refund stops future allocations from that payment. Cancelling renewal preserves allocations through the paid term but does not restore reversed credits. Ultra includes 2,500 points once per Account, without expiry; refunds use the allowance recorded with the original payment, including older purchases. One-time purchased credits do not expire. Separately billed monthly credit add-ons are available where offered at checkout. Their credits expire at the end of their monthly paid period, and cancellation stops future renewal. Failure to collect an add-on payment does not suspend independently paid website access. Related referral earnings are adjusted for refunded payments. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request and receive a refund
Email info@motionspace.ai with the account email, transaction reference, date, product/plan, and reason. Do not send card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times may apply; Motionspace will provide the decision or request more information within a reasonable period.
